Refund policy

I value your satisfaction greatly! However, I do not accept returns/ cancellations unless the item came damaged or I am at fault for any reason with your order. In this case the customer must contact me via email — shop@adoreeher.com with the order number within a week of delivery. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and you will receive store credit once I receive the return. Thank you for your understanding ♡
