Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact shop@adoreeher.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@adoreeher.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
